My Approach

I believe therapy is a collaborative effort that is about exploring what works for you and not adhering to a one-size-fits-all approach. As such, this exploration may include the use of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Approach, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Some additional therapeutic strategies I use include the use of art, mindfulness, and exploration aids such as self-reflection cards and/or games.

Telehealth has made treatment more accessible to clients without sacrificing clinical effectiveness therefore, my Professional Coaching Services are offered to Adults within the US and Abroad and Individual Therapy Services are offered to residents in the states of Texas and Florida.  

The benefit to working with a Professional Coach who is ALSO a Licenced Psychotherapist is that if at any time your presenting problems become more clinical we can shift the focus and continue working together*. This eliminates the need to start over with a new provider. (This applies to residents where I currently hold LPC licenses; Texas and Florida)
