Hours and Rates

Hours are by appointment only. Evening appointments are limited. Crisis appointments (same day or within 24 hours) and Afterhour sessions are available upon request and at the discretion of the Provider. 

  • Intake sessions are $140/session 

  • Ongoing Individual Counseling sessions - starting at $95/session (Self Pay) or $140/session (Insurance)

  • Crisis and Afterhours sessions start at $125/phone | $140/video visit using RemoteEMDR (Self Pay). 
    *30-45 minutes of phone, chat, or video visit behavioral health emergency support. 

  • Remote EMDR session are $195/hr (Self Pay) 

  • Psychosocial Evaluations are $200/evaluation

  • ESA/Certified Service Animal Evaluations for Housing and Travel (combined) are $140/intake session and have an additional cost of $70/per animal after the first animal. Includes Therapist Evaluation, ESA housing and travel letter signed by a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, and Same Day Delivery (PDF email). 

  • Document Requests: ​

    • Progress Reports - $40/request

    • Disability Claims (FMLA, Short-Term/Long-Term Disability, Accomodations) - $70/per request

    • Legal/Court document requests - $70/per request

  • Court Appearence Requests - $140/hr

Self Pay: Client session fees are due at the time of service. Acceptable payment options are all major credit cards and HSA accounts via the client portal at the time of booking. No personal checks. Payments are non-refundable as services are rendered at the time of contact. 

Insurance: Please call or text for insurance eligibility. Be prepared to provide clear front and back photos of your insurance card(s) and State issued identification card for verification and eligibility.

Depending on what the client may need for their own records (or for third-party reimbursement), a receipt (superbill) for Out of Network payments and appointment dates can be given monthly or quarterly. New clients should speak to their therapist to discuss their preferences.


Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment time or the client will be charged a $140.00 late cancelation or no-show fee. Example: If the appointment is at 4pm on Tuesday, one would need to call no later than 4pm on Monday to avoid being charged.

Therapy is not a quick fix and requires your active participation. I understand that therapy is both a financial and time commitment but my hope is to make it a commitment you look forward to.
